The Quest for the Map of Knowledge:
As an Engineer with expertise in graph technology, you will be at the helm of the monumental task of designing, developing, and implementing the Map of Knowledge—QuTii's most ambitious undertaking yet. You will be the architect of an intellectual atlas, seamlessly guiding users through the vast universe of human wisdom.
What You'll Do:
Graph Technology Mastery: Leverage your profound knowledge of graph databases, graph algorithms, and graph visualization tools to architect and design the Map of Knowledge.
Transformative Implementation: Develop and implement cutting-edge graph-based systems, connecting vast troves of information, and translating them into a visually stunning and user-friendly map.
Innovative Problem-Solving: Embrace the challenge of processing massive datasets, devising efficient algorithms, and navigating the nuances of knowledge representation.
Collaborate for Impact: Partner with an exceptional team of experts, including Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, and Knowledge Engineers, to create a harmonious symphony of interconnected knowledge.
Required Experience
Skills Needed for This Adventure:
Proficiency in graph database technologies such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or similar, with hands-on experience in graph query languages like Cypher.
Expertise in graph algorithm design and implementation, capable of handling complex graph structures with efficiency and precision.
Familiarity with graph visualization tools such as D3.js, Gephi, or Graphistry, to bring the Map of Knowledge to life with engaging and intuitive visuals.
Proven experience in building scalable and performant graph-based systems, ensuring optimal user experience even amidst vast and ever-expanding datasets.
A passion for knowledge organization and a deep understanding of knowledge representation methodologies.
Collaborative spirit, with excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse team and translate ideas into reality.
How we work
We work from remote, on weekly assignments, we meet on Slack, Around and Teams, we schedule work on Jira, and brainstorm on Miro, our code is on Github and our infrastructure on AWS.
